摘　　要：“捻转补泻”手法是针刺补泻手法中常用手法，但其具体的实施存在很多争议。笔者根据《内经》《难经》的论述结合“迎随补泻”来探讨“捻转补泻”手法。Nianzhuan Buxie method is a common needling method, but there are many arguements about this method. This artical analysis ＂Nianzhuan Buxie＂ method according to the statement of Neijing and Nanjing combine with investigate ＂Nianzhuan Buxie＂method by Hngsui Buxie.
