银杏达莫注射液配合贴补治外伤性鼓膜穿孔疗效

摘　　要：目的：银杏达莫注射液静滴配合鸡蛋膜贴补获得外伤性鼓膜穿孔疗效。方法：136例（4．OOmm〉直径〉1．5mm）外伤性鼓膜穿孔者，随机分为治疗组（91例）和对照组（45例），对照组采用干燥疗法，治疗组采用银杏迭莫注射液30ml加液静滴，qd，共两周，同时用鸡蛋膜贴补处理穿孔，经过3个月时间，对比两组治疗效果。结果：治疗组穿孔愈合76耳（83．52％），有效5耳（5．49％），总有效81耳（90．11％）；对照组穿孔愈合24耳（53．33％），有效4耳（8．89％），总有效28耳（62．22％），两组比较有统计学差异，P〈0．05。结论：银杏达莫注射液配合鸡蛋膜贴补处理外伤性鼓膜穿孔，会明显促进穿孔愈合。Objective： The effect of treating traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane by Yinxing Damo plus repair surgery of egg membrane. Methods： 136 patients （4.00mm〉diameter〉1.5mm） in diameter, traumatic perforations randomly divided into the treatment group （91） and control group （45） by drying, the treatment group taking Yinxing Darno injection 30ml with liquid drip, static, two weeks, qd simultaneously with the egg membrane subsidize processing perforation, after 3 months time, the contrast between two groups therapeutic effect. Results： Treatment group perforation 76 ears （83.52%） healing, effective 5 ears （5.49%）, the total effective 81 ears （90.11%）, Control 53.33% ears （24 punched healing）, 4 ears （8.89%）, the total effective 28 ears （62.22%）, two groups of comparisons are statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yinxing Damo injection with egg film with traumatic perforations, subsidize will significantly promote healing of perforation.
