中药外敷治疗慢性盆腔炎60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察中药外敷和TDP照射结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为中药外敷（治疗组）与金鸡胶囊（对照组）各30例，观察临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率93．33％，明显高于对照组76．67％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中药外敷与TDP照射结合治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the clincal effect of treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by external application of TCM plus TDP irradiation. Method： 60 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into 30 cases of treatment group and 30 cases of control group, to observe the effect. Result： The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%, was higher than control group （76.67%）, the difference has statistic significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by external application of TCM plus TDP irradiation gets a good result.
