摘 要:用钢箔称重法测量不同氮化温度、不同氨分解率条件下的炉气氮势,用数理统计回归出氮势与氨分解率及氮化势之间的线性关系;联系生产实践进行了有关问题的讨论。The chemical potential nitrogen atmosphere were measured by the weight method used steel foil in condition of different temperature of nitriding and different decomposing ratio of ammonia atmosphere. The line relationship between the chemical potential nitrogen atmosphere and the decomposing ratio of ammonia, between the chemical nitrogen atmosphere and potential nitriding were calculatid by two variable statistics and linear regression. The problems in production of nitriding were discussed.
