摘  要:本文提出了一种测定铭铂(抗癌药)中微量钡和银的方法。样品用0.016mol/lHNO_3进行溶解后,按照所选的最佳试验条件应用涂钨热解石墨管——石墨炉原子吸收法测定钡,避免了钡的碳化物形成,提高了方法的灵敏度。分析结果证实,其特征量为4.1pg/1%吸收,检出限22.14pg,加标回收率94.3%~101.5%,相对标准偏差小于14.8%。用普通石墨管测定银,其特征量为7.8pg/1%吸收,检出限1.6pg,加标回收率94.4%~96.7%,相对标准偏差小于6.63%。该法具有良好的精密度和准确度。In this paper a method is proposed for the determination of micro barium and silver in Minoplatin (anticancer drug). After the aample was dissolved with 0. 016mo 1/1HNO3 solution,according to the optimium experimental conditions was selected, barium may be determined with tungsten -coated on the pyrolytic graphite tube. This methods showed that the formation of barium carbide can be avoided and the sensitivity of determining barium can be enhanced. The analytical result have proved that the characteristic mass is 4. 1pg/1% absorption, detection limit is 22. 14pg, relative standard deviation (RRD) is less 14. 8% and recoveries 94. 3%~101. 5%. silver may be determined with general graphite tube. The characteristic mass is 7. 8pg/l% absorption, detection limit is 1. 6pg, RSD is less 6. 63% and recoveries 94. 4%~96. 7%. The methods has been used for determining micro barium and silver in minoplatin with good precision and accuracy.
