摘　　要：先从理论上分析了半导体压力传感器的液位测量方法,导出差压与液位高度之间的数学表达式并给出了仿真曲线.介绍了测量系统中压力传感器的选型、信号调理电路的设计以及应用中的注意事项.The method of level measurement by using semiconductor pressure transducer is analyzed theoretically and the mathematics expression of the differential pressure vs. the height of liquid level is derived. Also the simulation curves are given. The model selection of the pressure transducer in the measuring system, the design of the signal conditioning circuit and the cautions to be noted in applications are presented.
