摘  要:引入模糊一致矩阵概念,对传统层次分析法(AHP)进行改进,以解决判断矩阵一致性问题,并结合模糊评判法,建立了一种改进的水环境质量模糊层次综合评价模型。从污染排放等标污染负荷比、现状污染指数、影响范围、影响的连续性或可恢复性以及政府及公众关注度5个角度出发,应用0.1-0.9五标度法构造模糊判断矩阵,以改进的层次分析法确定评价因子权重,应用加权平均原则分析评价结果。将所建模型应用于吴淞江苏州段支流水环境质量的综合评价中,结果表明该模型能够客观地综合评价水环境质量状况,效果令人满意。The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was ameliorated to solve the inconsistency problem of judgement matrix by introducing the fuzzy consistent matrix.And then the improved FAHP comprehensive water quality assessment model was established on the basis of fuzzy evaluation method and the improved AHP.Under the 0.1-0.9 five-degree marking scale system,the fuzzy judgment matrix was built on the basis of five indexes including equiscalar pollution loading ratio,present pollution index,influence scope,influence continuity or recoverability,and governmental and public attention,while the weight sets of the assessment indexes were determinated by the improved AHP.The weighted average principle was employed to draw the assessment conclusion of water quality.The presented model was used to assess the water quality of the Suzhou reach of the Wusong River,and the comprehensive assessment results were satisfactory.
