摘 要:聚合物驱是高含水油田广泛采用的一种化学驱提高采收率技术,由于油藏非均质性的影响,聚驱后仍有50%的剩余油滞留地下。聚驱后如何进一步提高原油采收率不仅具有理论意义而且具有重要的实际意义。通过室内物理模拟实验,采用非均质岩心和均质岩心,研究了等流度提高原油采收率的驱油效果,结果表明,聚驱后等流度非均质岩心驱替采收率还可以提高22%(OOIP),总采收率可以达到80%(OOIP);同时,等流度驱替后的岩心照片可以清楚看到岩心不同部位驱替效果明显,高中渗透部位动用程度较大,低渗层残余油也大部分被动用,基本实现等流度驱油。均质岩心等流度驱采收率在聚驱后也可提高15.4%(OOIP),最终采收率达77.9%。与目前聚驱后提高采收率措施相比,等流度方法驱油效果更好,是一种有效的提高采收率方法。Polymer flooding has been a wide used enhanced oil recovery technology adopted at the stage of high water cut period. Due to the effect of reservoir heterogeneity, there is still about 50% residual oil kept in oil-bearing formation after polymer flooding. How to improve oil recovery further is valuable not only in theory, but also in practice. The effect of equi-mobility EOR displacement was researched in this paper by the laboratory physical simulation experiments in heterogeneous cores and homogeneous cores. Experiments show that equi- mobility displacement on heterogeneous core can obtain oil recovery enhanced 22% after polymer flooding, and the ultimate recovery can reach 84%. The picture of equi-mobility displaced cores shows clearly that the effect is significant on different parts of the core. The mobilization in high and middle permeability layers is great and residual oil in low permeability layer is mobilized considerably, which shows that equl- mobility displacement has been achieved. The results of displacement experiments for homogeneous cores show that oil recovery enhanced 15.4% after polymer flooding, and the ultimate recovery reaches 77.9%. Compared with other EOR methodk after polymer flooding, the effect of equi- mobility EOR displacement is significant. It is a reliable approach to increase oilfield production as a chemical flooding.
