新型温控聚醚离子液体的合成及应用

摘  要:离子液体广泛应用于有机合成,设计并合成了新型聚醚季铵盐离子液体,N-(2-(2-甲氧基乙氧基)乙基)-N,N-二甲基-2-(2-(辛氧基)乙氧基)甲基磺酸铵(IL),通过核磁共振,质谱,差热分析仪等表征手段确证了其结构与物性。考察了该离子液体与有机溶剂溶解性能,发现该离子液体与环己烷形成具有"高温均相,低温分相"特性的温控两相体系,该体系适用于Rh/TPPTS络合物催化1-辛烯氢甲酰化反应。实验结果表明,在优化的反应条件下,1-辛烯氢甲酰化反应烯烃转化率可达99.3%,醛收率达98.5%;催化剂易分离回收,循环6次活性基本不变。Ionic liquid is applied for organic synthesis.A novel polyether modified quaternary ammonium ionic liquid N-(2-(2-methoxyethoxy)ethyl)-N,N-dimethyl-2-(2-(octyloxy)ethoxy) ethanammonium methanesulfonate was prepared.Its structure and its physical property were characterized by 1H-NMR,MS and DSC.The liquid mixture of this ionic liquid with cyclohexane forms a thermoregulated ionic liquid biphasic system which possesses the property of "mono-phase under high temperature,bi-phase under room temperature".The hydroformylation of 1-octene catalyzed by Rh/TPPTS complex was successfully conducted in such a biphasic system.The conversion of 1-octene and the yield of aldehyde was 99.3% and 98.5%,respectively,under the optimized reaction conditions.The catalyst retained in the ionic liquid phase can be easily recovered by phase separation and reused.After recycling for six times,almost no loss in the catalyst activity has been found.
