摘 要:采用填丝钨极氩弧焊(TIG)方法对一种新型Super-Ni叠层复合材料与1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢异种材料进行焊接,通过显微图像分析仪、电子探针(EPMA)及X射线衍射仪(XRD)等试验方法对Super-Ni叠层复合材料与1Cr18Ni9Ti焊接接头区的组织结构进行了分析。试验结果表明:Super-Ni复层与焊缝金属结合良好;焊缝金属受焊接热循环的作用,奥氏体晶粒生长具有明显的方向性,呈柱状晶形态垂直于熔合区生长,靠近熔合区处的晶粒略有长大。叠层复合材料母材主要是γ-Ni(Cr)固溶体、FeNi等物相。焊接区主要是奥氏体、少量δ铁素体、γ-Ni(Cr,Fe)、FeNi等物相,未发现大尺寸的金属间化合物存在,微小尺度的金属间化合物粒子弥散分布在焊缝中对于接头有强化作用。A new type super-Ni laminated composite and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel were welded together by tungsten inert gas arc welding(TIG) with filler metal.The microstructure of the welded joint was analyzed by means of micro-image analyzer,electron probe micro-analyzer(EPMA) and X-ray diffraction(XRD),etc.Experimental results indicated that a good connection was formed between super-Ni cover layer and weld metal.Because of the effect of welding thermal cycle,the columnar austenite crystals grew with obvious directionality,perpendicular to the fusion zone and the grains near the fusion zone were coarse.The base metal of laminated composite mainly consisted of γ-Ni(Cr) solid solution and FeNi,while the microstructure in the welding zone mainly consisted of austenite,a little δ ferrite,γ-Ni(Cr,Fe) and FeNi.No large-sized particles of intermetallic compound were observed and a small amount of micro particles distributed in the weld seam had a reinforcement effect on the joint.
