摘 要:金属支撑型固体氧化物燃料电池由于柔韧性好、低电阻及便于电堆组装等优点,被认为是固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)发展的一个重要方向。从金属支撑型SOFC的发展背景出发,讨论了金属支撑型SOFC的优点,重点阐述了金属支撑型SOFC的发展现状,同时对目前研究较多的Fe-Cr基和Ni基支撑型SOFC进行了介绍,并评述了这2类金属支撑型SOFC的制备方法、存在问题及发展趋势。在此基础上简要介绍了华中科技大学材料成型与模具国家重点实验室研究的有关工作,总结出该实验室镍金属支撑型SOFC制备工艺的优点,并对存在的问题及今后的研究重点进行了分析讨论。Metal-supported solid oxide fuel cells(SOFCs) are considered as a promising SOFC due to their many advantages such as good flexility,low resistance and easy assembly of fuel cell stack.The development background and advantages of metal-supported SOFC were introduced in the present paper.The research status was analyzed in detail.Efforts were mainly put on two kinds of metal-supported SOFC:Fe-Cr based alloy-supported SOFC and Ni based alloy-supported SOFC,and the fabrication technologies and correlative issues were also summarized and commented.Furthermore,the work about metal-supported SOFC in Huazhong University of Science and Technology was presented.At last,the problems and research direction were discussed.
