摘　　要：在循环递推法基础上加入随机数运算，得到一种简易、精度高、有较高实用价值的多层发射膜设计方法。给出了设计步骤，进行了一系列多层膜设计。通过比较，这种方法与复振幅平面法所得结果非常接近，甚至有的多层膜的设计结果更好。It this paper,a new design method of multilayered mirrors as reflector for soft X rays is proposed.It based on the traditional recurrence relation method,with calculation of random numbers.The technqiue gives a high accuracy and it is easy to operate,so it has practical value in production.This paper gives the design step and a series of results designed by this method.It is similar to that designed by layer by layer method,even better at some wavelengths.
