摘　　要：目的分析双介入联合放疗治疗肝癌合并门静脉癌栓的护理情况;方法分析对患者术前、术后的综合护理效果,以期更好的总结临床护理的重点及要点,提高护理质量;做好心理护理及时有效沟通,密切观察病情,及时采取相应护理措施;结果制定完整系统的护理方案及切实可行的护理措施,有利于双介入联合放疗治疗肝癌合并门静脉癌栓的术后康复。结论全面精心、高质量的护理可以提高双介入联合放疗治疗肝癌合并门静脉癌栓治疗效果和减少并发症,是护理工作的重点。Objective：A retrospective analysis of 61 cases of double-intervention and radiotherapy in hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus in the care situation;methods：analysis of preoperative and postoperative effects ofintegrated care,in order to better summarize the focus of clinical care and points to improve the quality of care;good psychological care in a timely manner for effective communication and close observation of the patient＇s condition in time take care measures;results：development of a complete system of practical nursing care plan and measures conducive to dual intervention and radiotherapy in hepatocellular carcinoma portal vein tumor thrombus in the postoperative rehabilitation.Conclusion：The full well,high-quality care can improve the dual intervention combined with radiotherapy for hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus and reduce the complications of treatment,is the focus of care.
