浓薄荷水对鸡蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀影响的实验研究

摘  要:目的观察浓薄荷水对大鼠炎症模型的影响,探讨浓薄荷水的抗炎作用。方法选择SD大鼠40只,随机分为五组(n=8):对照组(Ⅰ组)、浓薄荷水低剂量组(Ⅱ组)、高剂量组(Ⅲ组)、布地奈德组(Ⅳ组)、溶剂组(Ⅴ组)。各组大鼠分别按一定剂量溶液灌胃3d,1次/d;所有大鼠均于第3天灌胃后自右后足跖部皮下注射10%鸡蛋清生理盐水溶液0.1mL,采用容积测量装置测量致炎前、致炎后0.5h、1h、1.5h、2.0h、2.5h右后足跖体积,计算致炎后各时间点足跖肿胀度和肿胀率。结果Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组大鼠足跖肿胀度和肿胀率均明显低于Ⅴ组(P<0.05),其中Ⅲ组大鼠足跖肿胀度和肿胀率略低于Ⅳ组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论浓薄荷水具有明显的抗炎作用。Objective To observe the effect of concentrated mentha water on the rats inflammation model, and explore anti-inflammatory effect of concentrated mentha water. Methods 40 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups (n = 8): control group (Ⅰ group), low-dose concentrated mentha water group (Ⅱ group), high-dose group (Ⅲ group), budesonide group ( Ⅳ group) and solvent group (Ⅴ group). The three groups of rats were given by intragastric a certain dose of solution for 3 days , individually , one time per day; At third day, all rats were injected with 10% egg white and saline solution 0.1mL on the right pedal subcutaneous in order to induce local swelling. Preinflammation and inflammation after 0.5h, 1h, 1.5h, 2.0h, 2.5h on the right pedal swelling volume were measured and recorded. The size of pedal swelling and swelling rate (%) were calculated at each time point.. Results In group Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, The rats pedal swelling and swelling rate were significantly lower than Ⅴ group (P〈 0.05); in group Ⅲ, The rats pedal swelling and swelling rate slightly lower than Ⅳ group, but the difference was no statistically significance (P〉0.05). Conclusion The concentrated menthe water has obvious anti-inflammatory effect.
