摘 要:目的了解神经科重症室空气微生物状况,为降低医院感染危险因素提供依据。方法采用回顾性资料分析该科重症室2008年至2009年间空气监测结果。结果 2年间该科重症室空气培养及格率是75.0%,检测到的细菌主要有表皮葡萄球菌(63.7%)、革兰阳性杆菌(24.2%)和腐生葡萄球菌(7.7%)等。结论重症监护室空气未完全达标,空气中有一定的条件致病菌,要加强消毒隔离措施,预防和控制院内感染。Objective To understand the status of microorganisms in air in the intensive care units in order to provide a basis for reducing the risk factors of nosocomial infection.Method The data of air monitoring results between 2008 and 2009 in the intensive care units of our department were retrospectively analyzed.Result The pass rate of culture results of the microorganisms in air was 75.0% in the past two years in the intensive care units of our department,with the main micro-organisms being Staphylococcus epidermidis(63.7%),Gram-positive bacilli(24.2%) and S.saprophyticus(7.7%) etc.Conclusion The air quality in the intensive care units does not meet all the standards,with certain conditional pathogenic bacteria existing.Disinfection and isolation measures should be enhanced to prevent and control nosocomial infection.
