摘　　要：目的了解我国2009年其他感染性腹泻的流行特点和病原学信息,提出改善建议,为更好的控制其他感染性腹泻病的流行提供数据支持。方法收集中国疾病控制信息系统"疾病监测信息报告管理系统"中2009年其他感染性腹泻的病例报告,对其流行病学及病原学信息进行描述性统计分析。结果 2009年全国共报告655 965例其他感染性腹泻病例,其中≤5岁儿童分别占报告总病例的50.38%和死亡病例的70.0%。实验室确诊病例占报告病例数的5.04%,其中病毒性感染占92.79%,细菌性感染占6.92%。结论≤5岁的散居儿童应为其他感染性腹泻的重点监测人群。其他感染性腹泻报告病例中约有95%为临床诊断病例。我国其他感染性腹泻的病原学诊断率及病原学诊断结果的报告率亟待提高。Objective To analysis the etiological and epidemiological characteristics of reported infectious diarrhea （other than cholera,dysentery,typhoid and paratyphoid） cases in China in 2009,to provide useful information for improving the surveillance of infectious diarrhea.Method All data were collected from Diseases Reporting Information System of Chinese Information System for Disease Control and Prevention,descriptive statistics were used to describe etiological and epidemiological characteristics of reported infectious diarrhea（other than cholera,dysentery,typhoid and paratyphoid） cases in China in 2009.Result In 2009,655 965 infectious diarrhea（other than cholera,dysentery,typhoid and paratyphoid） cases were reported,50.38% of total cases and 70.0% of deaths were reported in children aged ≤ 5 year-old.Laboratory-confirmed cases accounted for 5.04%,in which the pathogens were viral（92.79%）,bacterial（6.92%） and some other pathogens.Conclusion Children who are ≤ 5 year-old and living scattered should be the priority population in surveillance of infectious diarrhea（other than cholera,dysentery,typhoid and paratyphoid）.The most of reported cases （95%） were clinical diagnosed other than lab-confirmed.High quality of microbiology laboratory is crucial for the public health surveillance.The rate of lab-confirmed cases of infectious diarrhea should be increased,and which should be reported in time also.
