摘　　要：鞍钢７号高炉应用自焙碳砖的实践证明，自焙碳砖能够避免因温差不同引起的碳砖环形断裂和炉底热应力造成的蒜头状蚀损。但自焙碳砖在一定条件下也能形成脆化层，原因是自焙烧不充分时，碱金属侵蚀和渗铁的双重作用。Formation of a brittleness layer on self baking carbon brick under certain conditions is proved by the application to No 7 BF,which is resulted from the double acting of alkali metal erosion and hot metal permeation Self baking carbon brick can avoid circular resulted from temperature difference,and garlic erosion caused by thermal stress of hearth bottom Eroded thickness in self baking carbon brick below tap hole central line is gradually increased because of enchanted permeability of hot metal to the brick
