摘  要:热风炉采用自身预热技术后,由于空气预热温度升高,使陶瓷燃烧器工作条件恶化,易产生脉动燃烧。鞍钢通过热态模拟试验,在普通陶瓷燃烧器的基础上,设计开发了一种能适应热风炉自身预热条件的新型陶瓷燃烧器,并进行了工业试验。The temperature of supporting combustion air will rise to 600 C when the self-preheating process of hot blast stove is adopted,so the working condition of ceramic burner will be worse and the pulsating combustion will be caused easily.In order to solve these problems,hot state simulation test and industry test were carried out at Anshan Iron & Steel Group Co. , as results, a suitable ceramic burner for supporting combustion air preheated by hot blast stove itself was developed.
