35MnTiB推土机履带板用钢的研制

摘　　要：设计了一种履带板新钢种３５ＭｎＴｉＢ，该钢种同国内现有履带板用钢４０ＳｉＭｎ２相比，碳、锰含量降低。经过热处理后，可减少履带板在使用中的断裂现象，同时耐磨性不低于４０ＳｉＭｎ２履带钢，延长了履带板的使用寿命。The new 35MnTiB steel grade used for creeper tread of bulldozer was designed .As compared with existing 40SiMn2 steel used for creeper tread at home,the carbon and manganess contents of the new 35MnTiB steel decrease.After heat-treatment ,the fracture of the creeper tread made of the new steel grade is decreased in service.The wear-resistance of the new creeper tread is little less than that of 40SiMn2 creeper tread.The service life of new creeper tread is extended.
