摘　　要：用物理化学方法分析了附着物在盐酸中的稳定性和相结构，充分证明攀钢冷轧原料板酸洗发黑的原因是漂洗过程中出现了水腐蚀现象。研究了酸洗发黑的影响因素，提出了解决这一问题的措施，在工业生产中已证实这些措施是有效的。The stability and phase structure of adherends in chlorhydric acid were analyzed by means of physico-chemical method.The results obtained fully have proved that pickled sheet produced by Pangang is corroded by water during water-washing,thus forming adherends on its surface .The factors influencing adherends formation were investigated.The measures to solve this problem were put forward.The measures were confirmed to be effective in industrial production.
