摘  要:实验以丙烯酰胺为单体,在催化剂作用下与交联剂和改性剂反应制备了强度较高的凝胶堵剂FH-10。通过组分用量筛选,确定了现场施工堵剂配方为:丙烯酰胺2%,改性剂2.5%,交联剂800μg/g,催化剂20~50μg/g。性能测试表明:该堵剂26℃时黏度为1.1 mPa·s,易泵送易注入,75℃成胶时间≥4 h,成交后强度>5 000 mPa·s,且FH-10强度高于强凝胶和弱凝胶;在石117储层岩心中,FH-10的注入压力约0.4MPa、成胶后堵塞率为97.6%、突破压力超过8 MPa,弱凝胶注入压力>10 MPa、堵塞率81.3%、突破压力<1MPa,强凝胶注入压力>8 MPa、堵塞率93.0%、突破压力3.5 MPa。该堵剂可抗5%CaCl_2,形成的凝胶在75℃放置30 d不破胶。The agent FH-10 was synthesized from acrylamide monomer, crosslinking agent and modifi- er with catalyst. Through composition screening experiments a working recipe of the gelling fluid for field jobs was established: 2% acrylamide, 2.5G methylene bisacrylamide, 800 mg/L modifier, and 20-50 mg/L catalyst. The characteristics of FH-10 agent were viscosity of 1.1 mPa · s at 26 ℃, possessed good pumpability and injectivity, formed gel of viscosity 〉5 000 mPa·s at 75℃ in 94 h, and viscosity of FH-10 〉 strong gel 〉 weak gel. In the cores of S117, the injecting pressure of the FH- 10 was about 0.4 MPa, the plugging rate was 97.6%, the breakthrough pressure was 〉8.0 MPa; the injecting pressure of the weak gel was 〉10.0 MPa, the plugging rate was 81.3%, the break- through pressure was 〈1.0 MPa, and the injecting pressure of the strong gel was 〉 8.0 MPa, the plugging rate was 93.0%, the breakthrough pressure was 3.5 MPa. This gelling fluid was resistant to 5% CaCl, which kept stable without breakdown at 75℃ in 30 d.
