摘  要:实验以正丁醇和环氧氯丙烷为原料,以三氟化硼乙醚络合物为催化剂,以氢氧化钠为成环反应的闭环剂合成了正丁基缩水甘油醚。较佳的合成反应条件为:三氟化硼乙醚络合物质量分数为0.40%,n(环氧氯丙烷):n(正丁醇)=1.8:1,n(氢氧化钠):n(正丁醇)=1.4:1,成环反应温度为30℃。将正丁基缩水甘油醚作为稀释剂加入环氧树脂E-51中,以三芳基锍鎓六氟锑酸盐作引发剂,制备了阳离子型紫外光(UV)固化涂料,其UV固化膜的拉伸强度37.32 MPa,弹性模量1 455.90 MPa,断裂伸长率5.70%。N-butyl glycidyl ether was synthesized with n-butanol and epichlorohydrin as raw materials, with boron trifluoride ether complex as the catalyst and sodium hydroxide as the closing ring agent for the ring formation. The effects of the closing ring temperature, the dosage of the catalyst, the moral ratio of epichlorohydrin to n-butanol, and the moral ratio of sodium hydroxide to n-butanol on the reaction were studied, which showed that the optimal conditions were; 0.40% catalyst based on the total mass, the molar ratio of 1.8 : 1 of epichlorohydrin to n-butanol, the molar ratio of 1.4 " 1 of sodium hydroxide to n-butanol, and 30℃ for the closing ring reaction. At the same time, the cationic type UV-curing coating was prepared with n-butyl glycidyl ether, epoxy resin (E-51) and triphenyl-sulphonium hexafluoroantimonate (UVI-6976). The mechanical properties of the UV-cured films were determined, giving 37. 32 MPa of tensile strength, 1 455. 90 MPa of Young' s modulus and 5.70% of elongation at tear.
