低表面能防污涂料的动态性能

摘  要:利用动态模拟实验装置模拟船舶航行时船舶水下防污涂层的实际工况,对四类船舶低表能防污涂层进行动态模拟实验,定期测量了表面接触角、表面粗糙度、防污涂层厚度等各项性能,研究各项性能的动态变化规律。结果表明:防污性能、涂层厚度均随实验时间的延长和模拟航速的增加而逐渐下降,表面粗糙度随实验时间的延长和模拟航速的增加而缓慢上升,配方中氧化锌成分的存在降低了涂料的防污效果。四类低表面能防污涂料达到1 a防污期效所需的涂层厚度分别为60.3,50.4,63.7和47.7μm。A simulation testing device were adopted, which could simulate the service condition of antifouling coatings on ship underwater position in laboratory,to investigate the dynamic performance of four kinds of fouling releasing coatings. Surface contact angle, surface roughness and the film thickness were measured regularly. The relationship between the performance and the testing time,and the effect of simulating speed on the performance were studied. The results showed that the anti-fouling properties and film thickness decreased gradually, but surface roughness increased slowly with the extension of testing time and the increase of the simulating speed; ZnO in the formula of the fouling releasing coatings reduced the anti-fouling properties; the film thickness of four kinds of fouling releasing coatings which attained antifouling effect for one year were 60.3, 50.4, 63.7 and 47.7 μm, respectively.
