摘 要:实验以甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚酯、二羟甲基丙酸为基本原料,丙烯酸羟乙酯为改性剂,凹土悬浮液作聚氨酯预聚体的分散介质,制备耐热、稳定及黏接强度好的凹土/水性聚氨酯复合黏合剂乳液。考察了凹土用量对乳液的黏接强度、稳定性及黏度的影响,并经傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、热失重分析仪、粒径分布仪及扫描电镜仪对产物微观结构进行了表征。结果表明:加入凹土提高了胶膜的耐热性;凹土可均匀分散于聚氨酯基体中,起稳定乳液作用;当凹土质量分数为12%时合成的乳液黏接强度最佳,达3.33 MPa,比未加凹土的试样高出1.50 MPa,乳液稳定、黏度适中。Attapulgite (AT)/waterborne polyurethane adhesive was prepared with toluene diisocyanate, polyester, dimethylopropionic as raw materials, 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate as modifying agent and AT suspension as dispersive medium of polyurethane. The product had good heat-resistant, storagestable and bonding strength. The effects of AT content on the bonding strength, storage-stability and viscosity of the emulsion were discussed. The microstructure of AT/waterborne polyurethane was characterized by FT-IR, thermal gravimetric analyzer, particle size distribution measurement and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the heat-resistance of the films was appreciably improved after adding AT. AT could be uniformly dispersed in PU matrix and help stabilize the emulsion. When AT concentration was 12%, the bonding strength of the emulsion was the best, up to 3.33 MPa and 1.50 MPa higher than that without AT, and the emulsion was stable and the viscosity was moderate.
