摘 要:本文以沪深两市发行的全部A股上市公司为样本,采用SPSS15.0统计分析软件,将每股收益作为上市公司业绩评价的主要指标,对全部上市公司高管层受教育程度和公司绩效进行相关分析。结果表明,除仪电仪表与煤炭石油行业呈正相关外,中国上市公司高管层的受教育水平与公司的经营业绩不相关;再进一步对仪电仪表与煤炭石油板块高管层受教育水平与企业效益的关系通过典型性相关分析发现,在这两大具有垄断特征的行业中,高管层中的博士与硕士学历构成成为影响企业绩效的主要因素。This paper taken listed companies who issue A shares in Shanghai and Shenzhen as samples, used SPSS15.0 statistical analysis software, taken EPS as the primary performance evaluation indicators, and made a correlation analysis on the educational level of senior management and company performance in all of the listed com- panies. Except for the positive correlation between instrument-electric and oil and coal industry, the result showed that there is not relevant between educational level of senior management and the company's operating results. Then through the typical correlation analysis, we have the further research to the relationship between educational level of senior management and company's benefit in instrument-electric and oil and coal industry, and further reveals that in these two sectors with monopoly characteristics, the compositions of PhD and master's degree in senior manage- ment have become the primary factors affectinz business performance.
