摘　　要：报告1例仅表现为外周附着点炎的关节病性银屑病。患者女,69岁。四肢反复发作鳞屑性丘疹、斑块6个月,左膝关节疼痛1个月。体格检查见关节周围某一固定部位压痛,影像学检查示外周附着点炎。结合病史、临床特点、实验室及影像学检查结果确诊为关节病性银屑病。A case of peripheral enthesitis as the isolated manifestation of psoriatic arthritis is reported. A 69-year-old woman presented with scaly papules and plaque on her limbs repeatedly for six months, left knee joint pain for nearly one month. Physical examination revealed tenderness in a certain periarticular site, and imaging showed peripheral enthesitis. The diagnosis was established by history, clinical features and medical imaging.
