摘  要:针对现有架空输电线路覆冰在线监测系统存在的易受电磁干扰、使用寿命短等缺点,开发出了用于输电线路覆冰监测的光纤布喇格光栅(fiber Bragg grating,FBG)拉力倾角传感器;研究了温度对该传感器的影响。利用温控箱试验传感器零点温度影响的结果表明,使用温度内温度变化引起的拉力测量零点变化<±0.1%时,倾角测量零点变化<±0.67%;气候室中试验研究覆冰气候环境下开发的拉力倾角传感器的拉力测量误差<0.17%。户外试验表明研发的光纤布喇格光栅拉力倾角传感器在长期低温环境下(-15°C~+3°C)运行稳定,传感器测量未出现蠕变衰减现象。Ice monitoring on the overhead transmission lines is very important to insure the power grid safe during the ice disaster. However,the existing monitoring systems have some disadvantages such as sensitivity to electromagnetic and short lifespan. In order to solve these problems,a novel online monitoring system based on fiber Bragg grating (FBG) tension tilt sensor was developed. The effect of temperature on zero output was investigated by putting the FBG sensor into an oven. The experimental results indicate the effects of temperature on the tension tile zero output are less than ±0.1% and ±0.67% separately. The FBG sensor worked properly in icing environment,the tension error,caused by non-uniform temperature field in FBG sensor and accuracy of the FBG demodulator,is less than 0.17%. In order to check the reliability of the ice monitoring system,a long-term outdoor experiment is performed,and the results show the system can be worked in-15°C and no creep of the sensor is observed.
