摘 要:以膨胀珍珠岩为载体,钛酸丁酯为前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备可漂浮于水面的TiO_2光催化剂TiO_2/EP,采用XRD和SEM分析其晶形结构及形貌。以20W紫外杀菌灯为实验光源,对栲胶脱硫废液中硫代硫酸钠进行光催化氧化研究,考察催化剂用量、pH、硫代硫酸钠溶液初始浓度及催化剂重复使用次数对硫代硫酸钠转化率的影响。结果表明,在100 mg·L^(-1)的硫代硫酸钠溶液100 mL、负载质量分数7%的TiO_2/EP催化剂用量0.2g、pH=10和光照180min条件下,硫代硫酸钠转化率可达91.8%。Floating TiO2/EP photoeatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method using tetrabutyl titanate as preeursor and expanded perlite as support. The crystalline structure and morphology of TiO2/EP were eharaeterized by XRD and SEM. The photoeatalytie oxidation of sodium thiosulfate in waste tannin extract solution was investigated under 20 W ultraviolet radiation. The influence of photoeatalyst dosage, pH value, initial concentration of sodium thiosulfate, and repeated use of the catalyst on the conversion of sodium thiosulfate were investigated. The results indicated that sodium thiosulfate conversion of 91.8% was attained under the following condition: 100 mg·L^-1 sodium thiosulfate solution 100 mL, 7% TiO2/EP catalyst dosage 0.2 g and irradiation for 180 min.
