摘  要:本文介绍中国开展热处理数学模型与计算机模拟技术的研究与工业应用的情况。包括三维有限元分析、非线性问题处理、温度──相变应力/应变的耦合。界面换热的理论与测试方法,强瞬态导热的非Fourier分析,原子尺度的模拟,流场动力学模拟等基础研究,另一方面,中国热处理界十分重视将计算机模拟技术应用于实际生产。在制订复杂形状零件的淬火方法,优化大件加热规范,预测大件热处理组织、性能、应力/应变。优化去氢扩散热处理工艺,化学热处理的动态控制技术、激光热处理、特大型气体渗碳炉流场动力学设计等方面都取得很好的结果。The researches of mathematical model and computer simulation on heat treatment and their application in industry in China have been introduced in this paper. The basic researches such as three-dimensional FEA,dealing with nonlinear problem,coupling calculation of temperature-phase transformation-stress/strain, theoretical and testing method of heat transfer on the interfaces,non-Fourier analysis of strongly transient heat transfer problems,atomsized simulation,simulation of fluid flow and etc. have all been included in this paper. On the other hand,great attention has been paid on the application of computer simulation in practice by heat treatment circles in China. Excellent results have been obtained in formulating quenching technique for complex components,optimizing heating standard,predicting the mocrostructure,property as well as stress/strain of large-sized components being heat treated,optimizing hydrogen annealing technique,dynamic controlling of chemical heat treatment,laser heat treatment,hydrokinetical design of jumbo-sized gas carburizing furnace and so on.
