高精密冷拔钢管制造液压缸筒的优越性分析

摘　　要：分析了液压缸承载时的主要应力，阐述了合理选择缸筒材质的重要性。实践证明，采用高精密冷拔钢管制造缸筒，其强度、刚度高，耐磨性能好，且具有内表面硬外表面韧的特点。高精密冷拔钢管是一种制造各类缸筒的理想金属材料。The author analyses the main stress of the loaded hydraulic cylinder and discusses the importance of proper selection of the cylinder case material.Relevant operation practice has proven that the cylinder case made with hi precision cold drawn steel tube is in possession of such advangtages as better strength,rigidity and wear resistance and hard inner surface and tough outer surface.The hi precision cold drawn steel tube is a perfect kind of material for making of various cylinder cases.
