摘　　要：介绍了用连铸圆坯直接轧制高压锅炉管的生产工艺过程。统计分析了铸坯的低倍质量，化学成分，并按ＧＢ５３１０－９５的要求，检测了不同规格２０Ｇ钢管的各项性能。结果表明，用连铸圆坯直接轧制，完全能够生产出高质量的２０Ｇ钢管。Introduced in the article is the manufacturing process for direct rolling of hi pressure boiler tubes with CC rounds.Based on relevant statistics,the macro quality and chemical composition of the cast round were analysed,and all the properties of the 20G steel tubes of different sizes were tested as per relevant requirements as specified in GB 5310 95.The results show that high quality 20G steel tubes can be produced by means of direct rolling with CC rounds.
