摘  要:目的:检测SARS冠状病毒(SARS-CoV)S蛋白的功能性受体血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2)在大小鼠胰腺内、外分泌腺的表达。方法:(1)免疫组化:取大鼠8种内脏组织,采用免疫组化方法检测各组织ACE2的表达。(2)免疫电镜:取小鼠胰尾,采用免疫电镜方法检测胰腺组织ACE2的表达。结果:ACE2在胰腺内、外分泌腺均有表达,且胰腺外分泌腺ACE2阳性细胞的吸光度值较内分泌腺显著增加(P<0.01)。结论:ACE2在大小鼠胰腺内、外分泌腺的表达可介导SARS-CoV侵入并损害胰腺,使胰岛素耗竭,血糖升高。Objective To investigate the expression of angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(ACE2),functional receptor of SARS-CoV S protein in endocrine and exocrine gland of rats and mice pancreas tissue. Methods ( 1 ) Immunohistoehemistry: Eight kinds of visceral tissues were obtained from rats. The expression of ACE2 in these visceral tissues were detected. (2) hnmuno-electron microscope : Pancreas tail were obtained from mice. The expressions of ACE2 in pancreas tissues were detected. Results ACE2 expressed in both endocrine and exoerine tissues of rats and mice pancreas. Absorbance value of ACE2 positive cells in exocrine tissue were higher than endocrine glands (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The expressions of ACE2 in endocrine and exocrine tissue of pancreas provids possible entry for SARS-CoV invation. It may damage pancreas, exhaust insulin and leads to high blood glucose.
