摘　　要：绿色采购作为绿色经济的源头,通过提高组织整体成本效益、组织信誉和市场份额,并减少组织的环境风险,引领、推动并实现创新。组织在实际构建绿色采购体系时通常遇到采购成本、前置时间的制约因素,运用生命周期观点全面评估其成本与收益,确定采购清单,建立一套完善的绿色采购体系,提供客户带来增值的绿色产品,能够实现组织自身、客户和环境的三赢,对在经济转型期增强竞争力、可持续发展力具有重要战略意义。Green procurement as the source of the effectiveness, organizational reputation and market green economy by improving the organization＇s overall cost- share, and reduce environmental risk and responsibility for the organization to create value and lead the organization innovation. Organizations in the actual building green procurement system is usually encountered in procurement costs, lead time constraints, the use of a comprehensive life-cycle approach to assess its costs and benefits to determine the procurement list, the establishment of a comprehensive green procurement system that is able to achieve the organization itself, customers, and the environment three win for organizations in the economic transition, to enhance competitiveness, and sustainable development ability of great significance.
