摘　　要：2008年1月,国家批准实施《广西北部湾经济区发展规划》,广西北部湾经济区进入一个新的发展阶段。广西北部湾经济区作为广西第一个经济区,实现其经济可持续发展是社会经济可持续发展的现实需求,也是广西北部湾经济区更好地融入"泛北"、"泛珠"、CAFTA乃至全国的战略需要。文章从广西北部湾的重要区位入手,分析了广西北部湾经济可持续发展的有利条件以及制约因素,提出了对策和建议。The State Department implemented ＂The Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone Development Planning＂ in Jun 2008. The Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone enters a new developing stage. As the first economic zone of Guangxi, Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone not only meets the needs of social and economic sustainable development, but also the needs of better integration into the ＂Pan-Beibu Gulf＂, ＂Pan-Pearl River Delta＂, CAFTA and even the country＇s strategy. This article starts from the important location of the Guangxi Beibu Gulf, analyzing the favorable conditions and constraints, and puts forward some suggestions.
