摘　　要：目的:探讨应用股骨远端锁定钢板治疗股骨远端C型骨折的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2003年5月至2009年10月我院收治的129例股骨远端C型骨折患者,骨折复位后采用股骨远端锁定钢板进行固定,对手术时间、术后骨折X线、骨折愈合情况等指标进行评价,膝关节功能评价采用lysholm评分系统。结果:129例患者中121例患者随访时间6～36个月,平均12个月,手术时间60～180min,平均95min;术后X线评价,骨折对位对线良好,骨折愈合时间3～8个月;lysholm评分:优(>85分)70例,良(>75分)37例,优良率83%,可(>60分)16例占12%,差(<60分)6例占6%。结论:股骨远端锁定钢板能有效的桥接支撑并固定即使仅有单侧皮质完好的髁部严重粉碎骨折。通过稳妥固定,减少骨折不愈合与畸形愈合,从而促进膝关节功能的恢复,改善预后。Objective To evaluate the effects of locking plate on type C distal femoral comminuted fracture. Methods 129 cases of type C distal femoral fracture were treated with open reduction and internal fixation by locking plate. All the cases were kept in touch with for more than one year after operation. Operation time, postoperative X-ray image of fracture, fracture healing time, and movement were analyzed. Results The rates of excellent, good, fair were 54%（70/129）, 29%（37/129） and 12%, respectively. Conclusion With high healing rate and steadily fixation, locking plate can use on type C distal femoral comminuted fracture effectively.
