摘 要:时差式超声流量计的静态漂移过大会带来动态计量准确度和精度的下降,对接收到的超声信号的准确判断可以有效抑制静态瞬时流量的漂移.传统的阈值法抗干扰能力比较弱,存在较大的静态漂移,严重影响了流量计精度的提升.文中提出过零阈值平滑模型,对阈值法进行改进.实验证明该方法能够准确判断接收到的超声信号,有效抑制了静态瞬时流量的漂移,提高了计量精度.The large static drift will deteriorate dynamic measurement accuracy and precision of the time difference method ultrasonic flowmeter, while accurate determination of the received ultrasonic signal can efficiently reduce the drift of the static instantaneous flow. The traditional hardware threshold model is relatively weak in anti-interference, and there is large static drift, which seriously affects the measurement precision improvement. In this paper, the zero threshold smoothing model is improved a lot on the threshold model so that it can accurately determinate the received ultrasonic signal. The measured results prove that this method can efficiently reduce the drift of the static instantaneous flow, and improve the precision of the time difference method ultrasonic flowmeter.
