摘 要:以模拟污水为处理对象,在厌氧/缺氧运行的SBR反应器内,通过控制缺氧段进水硝酸盐浓度及其投加方式,考察硝酸盐对反硝化聚磷菌(DPB)缺氧吸磷性能的影响。结果表明,硝酸盐浓度过高或过低均不利于DPB的反硝化吸磷。在试验条件下,当缺氧段的进水硝酸盐浓度为30~35mg/L时,DPB的吸磷效果最佳;在硝酸盐总投量一定的情况下,其投加方式对DPB的吸磷量影响不大,但随投加次数的增加,DPB的吸磷速率会下降。In SBR operated at anaerobic/anoxic modes for treating synthetic wastewater, the effect of nitrate on the anoxic phosphorus removal with denitrifying phosphorus removal bacteria (DPB) was investigated by controlling the concentration and addition modes of nitrate in the influent of anoxic stage. The results indicate that it is not better for the denitrifying phosphorus removal with DPB when the nitrate concentration is too high or too low. The 30 -35 mg/L concentration of nitrate is helpful to the denitrifying phosphorus removal with DPB. When the nitrate dosage is certain, the addition modes of nitrate have no effect on phosphorus removal with DPB, but the phosphorus uptake rate of DPB decreases markedly with increasing the addition frequency of nitrate.
