摘　　要：重点介绍了我国冷轧管机采用的最新技术:采用双扇形块平衡机构、新型闭式机架、伺服电机回转送进实现连续上料、连续送进、连续轧制;同时介绍了新一代冷轧管机的性能参数和结构特点及其应用情况,并进一步探讨了我国冷轧管机设备和工艺的发展趋势。由中国重型机械研究院有限公司开发的高速冷轧管机技术水平已达到国际先进水平。This paper introduces the latest technology adopted in the cold rolling pipe mill in China, which use double-sector balance system, new-type closed frame and rotary feeding device driven by servo motor to achieve continuous loading, continuous feeding and continuous rolling. This paper describes the performance parame- ters and structural characteristics and application of the new generation of cold rolling pipe mill, and investi- gates the development trend of the cold rolling pipe mill equipment and technology domestically. The high- speed cold rolling pipe mill developed by China Heavy Machinery Institute has reached the international advanced level.
