摘　　要：通过对直弧形连铸机辊列连续弯矫曲线公式的推导,得到理想连续弯矫曲线的方法。用该方法得到的连续弯矫曲线,具有在端点处位置连续、切线斜率连续、曲率连续、曲率变化率连续,且在曲线内部曲率变化率最大值趋于最小的效果;克服了已有连铸机连续弯矫曲线在端点处曲率、曲率变化率不连续的缺陷。The continuous bending and rectifying curve is derived from the equation of continuous bending and rectifying curve in rolls series of straight-bow type caster. The derived curve has the advantages of location continuity, tangent continuity and curvature continuity and curvature variation continuity at end points and the effect on the maximum curvature variation rate is changed a little in the curve. These properties overcome the problems arising from the discontinuities of curvatures and curvature derivatives of the curves currently used in the existing straight-bow type caster.
