摘　　要：分析了板坯连铸机组合式结晶器在使用中锥度变化较大的原因。改进后的结晶器使用中跑锥得到了控制,大大缩短了维修时间,提高了连铸机作业率,改善了铸坯质量,并提高了企业的经济效益。For analyzing the reason of taper change in the operation of slab caster combined mold, by adopting the several measures for improving the manufacturing precision of components in the mold and adjusting the fit clearance, it was controlled, therefore, shortening the maintenance time markedly, raising the operation of slab caster, improving the quality of casting blank and increasing the economic efficiency of enterprise.
