摘  要:通过精心选择电极规格尺寸、缓冲-指示剂的比例、内标和摄谱条件,充分利用样品的分馏效应,把基体元素预先蒸发出来,使得被测元素和大量的基体元素有效分离。充分富集了被测难挥发元素,具有操作简单、分析速度快、灵敏度高等优点。用国家一级标准物质进行验证,结果满意。A method for the determination of hafnium and tantalum in geological samples was reported in this paper.The volatile matrix elements were evaporated from major elements in advance through carefully selecting of electrode sizes,the ratio of buffer and indicator,internal standard and the conditions of spectrographic analysis based on the principle of the sample fractionation effects,and then the major elements were concentrated effectively.The spectrographic analysis method provides the advantages of simple operation,high efficiency and high sensitivity and has been verified by analyzing the national standard reference materials and the results are agreement with certified values.
