关于推进我国林木良种化进程的思考

摘　　要：推进我国林木良种化进程，是转变林业发展方式、实现林业发展目标带有根本性和战略性的选择。借鉴林业发达国家的经验，深刻分析了我国林木良种发展的优势和机遇、劣势和危机。阐述了要辨证地认识和处理好的10个关系，提出要坚持“林以种为本，种以质为先”的理念，以主要用材林树种、优质木本粮油树种为重点，建设好国家重点林木良种基地，建立科研、生产、管理相结合的机制和林木良种补贴制度等对策。Accelerating of extension and application of superior tree seeds （namely, seeds from seed orchards and mother trees, and cuttings from scion plots） is a fundamental and strategic selection of changing the mode of forestry development,and of realizing objectives of the forestry strategy in China. In this paper, reference forestry experience of developed countries, the strength, opportunity, weakness and threats to development of superior tree seeds have been analyzed. The suggestions on dialectical realizing and handling well ten relationships have been made. Accelerating the process of superior tree seeds requires people to have a conception, namely, ＂seeds are fundamental to forests and quality is a priority of seeds＂. Efforts must be made to develop national key bases of superior tree seeds production for major commercial timber forest species and high-quality woody grain and oil species, and to establish a mechanism in combination of science and research with production and management, and a system of the governmented financial subsidies for superior tree seeds.
