摘　　要：在国内外麻疯树热的背景下，麻疯树生物柴油产业发展的实际结果却与预期目标形成了很大反差，产业存在较大的风险。为此，从必然性与偶然性范畴、复杂性与认识论等哲学范畴对产业风险的内涵与形成机制进行深入再思考，并指出产业的客观复杂性与人主观认知能力有限性的严重不对称是造成产业发展存在较大风险的根本原因．也是制定规避风险措施的根本出发点。Under current background of heated tree of Jatropha curcas, actual development of Bio-diesel Industry of Jatropha eureas shows sharp contrast towards expectation and, great risk lies in this industry itself.Therefore,this paper has deeply reconsidered the connotation of risk and its formation mechanism from philosophical perspective of contingency and necessity, complexity and epistemology.It is pointed that unbalance of high complexity of industry and limited cognition leads to high risk of industry fundamentally.From this reason ,evadable measures for risks could be established.
