摘 要:环境的变化与系统刚性的矛盾是ERP应用中的主要矛盾,因此,柔性化是必由之路,柔性化也是系统发展的必然要求,而且在ERP应用中,ERP系统柔性化占有特别重要的地位。而ERP系统柔性的测度是实现其柔性的关键,如何测度就显得特别重要。测度主要目的有两个:一是为了实现ERP的柔性化;二是为了用户选型决策和系统适配提供依据,为实施创造条件。而过去人们对ERP系统柔性方法都有不同的局限性,因此,我们在层次分析法的基础上引入了模糊层次分析,以达到更精确、简便、科学。The environment change and the system rigid contradiction are in the ERP application principal contradictious, therefore, the flexibility is a way that must be taken, the flexibility also is the system development inevitable request, moreover in the ERP application, the ERP system flexibility holds the special important status. But the ERP system flexible measure realizes its flexible key, how to estimate appears special important. There are two main purposes for measure : One is in order to realize the ERP flexibility, the other is adaptive provides the basis for the user shaping decision - making and the system, so as to create the condition for the implementation. But the former people all have different limitations to the ERP system flexible method, therefore, we have introduced the fuzzy analytic hierarchy in the analytic hierarchy process foundation, to achieve more precisely, simple and scientific.
