摘　　要：在对复合机和涂布机的机电性能的控制中,关键是对纸张或塑料的张力进行控制,因为张力的大小,直接影响到产品的质量和数量:张力太大,会破坏纸张或塑料的物理特性,影响其使用寿命和产品的质量;张力太小,收卷过松,又要影响后续工序的产品质量。本文主要介绍的就是变频器在复合机和涂布机上的张力设计与应用。In the electro-mechanical properties of the film-coating machine and coating machine control, the key is the tension of paper or plastic to control, because the size of the tension will be a direct impact on product quality and quantity. If the tension is too large, the paper or plastic physical properties would be undermined, and the tension will affect their life and product quality. While the tension is too small and the winding is too loose, the product quality of the follow-up processes would be affected, This article focuses on the design and application of AC inverter in the film-coating machine and coating machine for the tension.
