村落文化视野中“女村官”执政的反思——以河北H村为例

摘　　要：本文以河北H村为例,剖析了H村女村官执政的权力来源、权力运作及权力的社会效应几个层面,发现其与促进农村妇女参政的法律法规或政策文件相比存在很大变异,文章探讨了这种变异的原因并提出了解决问题的对策。This paper examines the rise of a female village official and her source of the power, how she ran for office and the influence of her power in H village in Hebei province and recognizes that there are unexpected effects of the implementation of rules and policies to promote rural women＇s political participation. It discusses the causes of and solutions to such effects.
