扩大中国与东盟通讯服务的经贸合作——基于中国与马来西亚、菲律宾、柬埔寨的比较分析

摘　　要：中国与东盟的《服务贸易协议》使得中国电信通讯服务可以进入马来西亚等六个国家的电信通讯市场。通过对中国与马来西亚、菲律宾、柬埔寨东盟三国在通讯服务业多方面的比较分析,发现中国进入东盟通讯服务市场存在一定优势和挑战,必须借助于中国与东盟自由贸易区2010年基本建成的机遇,充分发挥优势和迎接挑战,扩大中国与东盟通讯服务的经贸合作。＂the Agreement on Trade in Services＂ of CAFTA for trade in services makes the Chinese telecommunication operators gained access to the telecommunication markets of Malaysia and other five countries.Through making a comparative analysis of China andthree countries of ASEAN in various aspects of communi-cations services,we find that opportunity always beside with challenge,we must grasp the opportunity of CAFTA is basically finished in 2010 and make good use of our advantages to meet the challenge for further cooperation in Communications Services.
