摘　　要：本文以城市水务行业市场化改革为背景,站在民营企业的角度,阐述了民营企业投资城市供水行业的理由;从行业经营状况、管理体系、竞争状况及不利因素四个方面,对民营企业投资城市供水行业的环境进行了分析;最后为民营企业投资城市水务行业提出了建议。under the background of urban water industry privatization reform,standing the perspective of private enterprise,the paper listed the reasons for private enterprises to invest urban water industry,then the paper analyzed the investing environment from 4 perspectives： the current business condition,government managing system; at last,some suggestions were put forward for those private enterprises want to invest urban water industry.
