摘　　要：《企业破产法》在充分保障利益相关者权益的同时,也要求利益相关者对于重整企业肩负起必要的社会责任。在破产重整制度中,企业及其利益相关者应该在现代社会责任理论的引导下,确认和履行自身的社会责任,以保证危机企业的破产重整程序能够顺利进行。The interests of stakeholders are fully protected by The Bankruptcy Law that required stakeholders to undertake the necessary social responsibility of restructuring enterprises. The enterprise and its stakeholders under the guidance of the modern theory of social responsibility, confirming and fulfilling their social responsibility in reorganization in the bankruptcy system ensure that enterprises bankruptcy reorganization proceedings can be conducted smoothly.
