摘  要:提出了一种集投切、过压保护、断相检测和温度检测于一体的具有标准通信接口的智能复合开关方案。以超强抗干扰能力的STC12C5412为主控制器,485为通信接口,通过继电器和可控硅并联工作实现过零平滑投切的功能,并采用压敏电阻和热敏电阻等实现开关的各类保护。介绍了系统的硬件设计和软件编程。实际应用表明该智能复合开关具有低成本、高可靠性等优势,能有效提高无功补偿装置的工作效率。A scheme of an intelligent compound switch is presented in this paper.With a standard communication interface,this kind of switch is a integration of switching ,over-voltage protection, open-phase and temperature detection.STC12C5412 as the main controller,and 485 as the communication interface,it realized a smooth zero-crossing switching by the parallel of relay and sicion con-trolled rectifier;at the same time,it protected the switch by varistor and theristor.The hardware design and software programing are also introduced.The practical application proved that with the advantage of low-cost and high reliability,this compound switch counld enhance the security and reliability of reactive power compensation.
